A setup is a full set of shortcuts and preferences. Make one for each person or purpose (watching lectures, music, a fast review setup), switch between them here or from the toolbar popup, and even pin a setup to a site. Changes save automatically.
Shortcuts
Click a key box and press the key you want (Backspace clears it). Ctrl, Alt and Cmd combinations are left alone, and shortcuts are ignored while you type in a text box. The amount is the step for speed changes, the seconds for rewind and advance, or the speed to jump to. A marker is remembered per video until the page closes.

Audio supportShow speed controls on audio elements (podcasts, music sites).
Remember playback speedStore and auto-apply the last used speed to new videos.
Hide controller by defaultThe on-video control stays hidden until toggled with its shortcut.
Exclusive keyboard shortcutsWhen possible, prevent websites from also handling these shortcut keys.
Keep my speedPut the speed back if a website resets it (some sites fight the speed).
Show the controllerOn mouse move over the video (then it fades), or all the time.
