Online countdown timer

A simple, accurate countdown timer for anything you need to time: cooking, tea, exams, presentations, workouts, laundry or a quick break. Type a time such as 25, 1h 30m or 2:30, or press a preset from 30 seconds to an hour, then press Start.

Questions

How do I set a timer for 90 minutes?

Type 90 (a bare number is minutes) or 1h 30m into the box, or use the h / m / s boxes, then press Start.

Does it keep running if I close the tab?

It keeps its time (the end moment is saved), but a browser cannot ring while the page is closed. Reopen the page and it tells you the timer finished. Keep the tab open for the alarm to sound.
