Interval timer for HIIT, Tabata and circuit workouts
An interval timer that alternates work and rest for as many rounds as you choose, with a short get-ready countdown first. Use it for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, circuit training, EMOM workouts, stretching or study sprints.
Features
- Presets: Tabata (20 s work, 10 s rest, 8 rounds), 30/15 × 10, 40/20 × 6, EMOM and boxing rounds, or set your own get-ready, work, rest and round counts.
- A big WORK / REST display with a colour for each phase, the round number and the time left in the whole workout.
- Beep cues at every change and a countdown in the last three seconds, so you do not have to watch the screen.
- Full screen for a gym wall, and the screen stays awake while you train.
- The phase and time show in the browser tab.
Questions
What is Tabata?
Tabata is a high-intensity routine of 20 seconds of all-out work and 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times (4 minutes in total). Press the Tabata preset to load it.
Why can I not hear the beeps?
Browsers need one click on the page before they allow sound: press Start or Test sound. If the sound is set to Silent in Sound and options, the cues are muted too.
