La Liga Table Predictions Tracker: How Many of Your Picks Are Right?
Free La Liga table predictor and tracker: put the 20 clubs in the order you think they will finish and see how many you have right against the live table: exact places, within one to three places, the right zone (Champions League, Europe, mid-table, relegation), points and rank correlation, with a picture of every pick. Save several tables, share a link, compare with friends and join the leaderboard.
Drag the clubs into the order you think they will finish (or paste your table), and the score updates against today’s standings.
Drag a team by its handle to put it where you think it will finish.
Early in a season several teams often have the same record, say five teams at 2-1 in 4th to 8th. Their order in the table is only a tie-break, so a pick of any of them for any spot from 4th to 8th counts as exact. Untick it to use the published order exactly.
Tap or hover a team to follow its line.
Lines between rows mark the tiers. From ESPN’s public standings.

Your sets of picks are saved in this browser as you go. A link carries the name and the picks, nothing else, and nothing is stored on a server: whoever opens it gets the picks as a new set, scored on the day they look.
Everyone’s picks are scored against the same live standings, worked out on the server. Picks made after the season started are marked with how many games had been played, so early birds get the credit; playoff picks close when the playoffs start.
Track your La Liga table prediction against the live standings
MES La Liga Picks checks your predicted final table of the 20 La Liga clubs against the current standings: how many clubs are in the exact place, within one, two or three places, in the right zone (top 4 Champions League, 5th to 7th the other European places, mid-table, 18th to 20th relegation), plus points, closeness and rank correlation, with a picture that joins each pick to where the club is now.
How the scores work
Exact counts the clubs in the place you picked; within 1, 2 or 3 the clubs that close; right zone the clubs in the zone you put them in; right side of the line whether you had a club in the top 4 or not; points 3 for an exact place, 2 for one off, 1 for two off. Clubs level on points, goal difference and goals scored after the same number of games share their places. The European places are a guide: Spain sometimes gets a fifth Champions League place, and cup winners shift the others.
Questions
Why are some clubs not in my old list?
Three clubs are relegated and three promoted every summer. A list saved for last season keeps the clubs that are still in La Liga, in your order, and adds the new ones at the bottom for you to place.
Where does the table come from?
From ESPN’s public standings feed, refreshed about every 10 minutes.
Is anything about me stored?
Your picks stay in this browser. Only if you post to the leaderboard are the name you chose and your table stored, with a private key in your browser that lets you change or remove it.
